Pre Order

- Wigs under Pre Order are need to wait about 3weeks time to reach after we close the order date. Only order if you are willing to wait.

- Wigs under Ready Stock but sold out, you can still order under Pre Order condition.- Pre Order end when we reach the minimum order requirements. We'll try our best to get the items ASAP.

- Once confirm the order, need to bank in 50% deposit of the total amount to us. If cancel your order half way, we'll not refund the deposit. On the other hand, if our side out of stock, we'll refund the deposit.

- We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of the item is in unsatisfied condition.

- No changes are allow once you placed the order.

Ready Stock

- Can get it after u make the payment unless it's out of stock.

- Once order and bank in the money to us, you can get your lovely wigs within 1week time.

- First come first serve basic, no reservation.

- Postage will make on Every Monday.

Term And Condition

- All sales are final.

- All payment will be through by Maybank or CIMB bank.

- All items will be sent via Pos Laju. I'm sorry there's no COD for now due to our hours are irregular.

- We will not responsible for any lost or damage during shipping. However, we will provide all shipping details and tracking number (if available).^_^

- All good sold out are not refundable and exchange unless it was a defected item.

- Pls inform us upon received / items succesful delivered.

Step 5 : Please send us notification after payment done by sending an email to our email address.

How to take care of wig?

❤ Brush out wig or tails well.

❤ Handwash gently in lukewarm water.

❤ Using a mild shampoo.

❤ Rinse well in cold water.

❤ Shake the wig carefully.

❤ Shape it on the stand and allow to dry slowly.

❤ Comd when fully dry.
